Founded in 2000 by Late Shri Kalpesh G. Patel (B.E., Electrical), Hem Engineers grew from LT switchgear services into EPC for plants, and then into EHV transmission lines, substations and UG cable.
Today
We continue to provide a complete spectrum of electrical and civil contracting services, including turnkey project work; electrical, mechanical and civil engineering design; design-assist; value engineering; and O&M work for substations, electrical plants and utilities.
Our journey
Founded in Ahmedabad by Late Shri Kalpesh G. Patel, B.E. (Electrical).
The company began by providing electrical solutions and operation & maintenance services for LT switchgear.
The spectrum expanded to EPC solutions for the civil and electrical work of plants.
Hem Engineers ventured into electrical transmission lines, substation and underground cable works.
After the passing of the Founder Chairman on 8 January 2017, Smt. Rashmika Patel took charge as Proprietor and carried the company forward.

Founder Chairman from 2000 until 8 January 2017. An Electrical Engineering graduate of LE College of Engineering, Morbi, he built Hem Engineers from LT switchgear services into a transmission EPC contractor.

Assists in project execution, co-ordinates with site teams, monitors progress and keeps communication flowing to support timely completion.
Site Engineer
Manages on-site activities, supervises project execution, ensures quality standards and supports timely completion.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with over a decade of experience in site supervision and project execution.
Purchase Engineer
Five years of experience managing procurement — sourcing, vendor co-ordination, purchase planning and material management — ensuring timely, cost-effective availability of resources.

B.Com. with over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
